Worlds Travel
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of worldstravelco.com and any travel service booked through Worlds Travel LLC. By making a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling on that booking. Last updated 14 August 2026.
Worlds Travel LLC is an independent travel agency registered in Delaware, USA (EIN 38-4271024), accredited by IATA and CLIA. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line or car rental company, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.
We act as an agent for the airline, hotel, cruise line or other supplier that actually provides your travel. Your contract for the travel itself is with that supplier, on their terms, and their fare rules govern what may be changed or refunded.
All bookings are subject to availability and to the supplier's fare rules at the moment of ticketing. Prices quoted on this site are not guaranteed until a ticket or confirmation number is issued: airline inventory changes continuously, and a fare can be withdrawn between your search and your payment.
Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation containing a booking reference. A payment receipt on its own is not a confirmed booking.
Names must match your travel document exactly. You are responsible for checking every traveller's name, date of birth and document details before you pay. After a ticket is issued, most airlines treat a name correction as a cancellation and reissue, at your cost. We show you the names for review on the payment page for this reason.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visa or transit visa required, and meeting the health and entry requirements of every country on your itinerary, including countries you only pass through. We can tell you what we know, but requirements change and the final check is yours. A carrier that refuses boarding on these grounds does not owe a refund, and neither do we.
We charge an agency service fee per confirmed booking. It varies by what you are booking — some are a flat amount and some a percentage of the fare — so the exact figure is calculated for your booking and shown to you before you pay, itemised separately on your invoice. It pays for arranging, issuing and supporting the booking rather than for the travel itself. We will not add a charge you have not seen.
Cars, cruises and tour packages have no live fare to quote, so what you pay online for those is a reservation deposit of $50 USD. It holds the booking while a consultant prices it, and it is credited in full against your final invoice. It is a deposit, not a fee.
Optional extras — baggage, seats, protection products and similar — are priced individually and shown before payment. Nothing is added to your total without you selecting it.
Payment is taken by our payment provider over an encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant connection. Card details are never stored on our servers. By completing payment you authorise the exact amount and currency shown at checkout. Where your card is not denominated in the billing currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee, which we neither receive nor control.
The starting position for almost everything we sell is that it is non-refundable. Published airfares in the US market are overwhelmingly non-refundable once ticketed, and where a fare is non-refundable under the airline's rules, we cannot refund it — the money has gone to the carrier and they will not return it to us.
Specifically:
The section above does not override your rights under US federal law. Nothing in these terms limits them, and we will not ask you to accept a credit or voucher without telling you first that a refund is available. You are entitled to a refund when:
Refunds owed are returned to the original payment method, and we forward them within seven business days of receiving the funds for a card payment, or twenty calendar days for any other payment method. We cannot refund you before the supplier releases the money to us.
The federal 24-hour cancellation rule applies to tickets bought directly from an airline. It does not, as a matter of law, apply to bookings made through a travel agency such as ourselves, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
What we offer instead: if you contact us within 24 hours of booking, at least seven days before departure, we will attempt to cancel your ticket with the airline at no charge from us. Whether the airline permits it remains the airline's decision, and any service fee already charged is not returned. Call (888) 778-0736 — this cannot be actioned by email quickly enough to be useful.
Airlines change schedules. Where we are notified of a change to your itinerary we will pass it on to the contact details on your booking, which is why those need to be current. Rebooking, compensation and duty of care in a disruption are the operating carrier's responsibility under their conditions of carriage.
We are responsible for arranging your booking accurately and for handling your money properly. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a supplier: cancellations, delays, overbooking, equipment changes, service standards, or loss and damage to baggage are matters between you and the carrier or operator.
Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the value of the service fee and any amount we actually hold on your behalf. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses such as missed connections on a separate ticket, lost earnings, or non-refundable arrangements booked elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Because most of what we sell is non-refundable, we recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and baggage, taken out at the time of booking. Cover bought later commonly excludes anything already known about. Insurance offered through us is arranged with a third-party underwriter whose policy wording governs any claim.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — most disputes are a misunderstanding about fare rules and are resolved the same day. Raising a chargeback for a booking that was delivered as described does not create a refund right, and we will respond to the card issuer with the booking record, the terms you accepted and the fare rules that applied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Aviation consumer protection matters remain subject to the jurisdiction of the US Department of Transportation, with which you may file a complaint directly.
