Worlds Travel LLC is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Information you give us. When you make or enquire about a booking we collect your name, date of birth, passport details, email address, phone number, billing address and payment information.

Information collected automatically. Every time you submit a form or start a booking we record: your IP address and the country, region and city it resolves to; the page and full URL you submitted from, the page you landed on first, and the site that referred you; your browser, its version and engine, your operating system, device type, vendor and model; your screen size, viewport size, pixel ratio and colour depth; your timezone and language settings; the number of CPU cores and the amount of memory your device reports; whether the device is touch-enabled and how many touch points it has; your connection type and speed; whether cookies are enabled and whether you have sent a Do Not Track signal; and a randomly generated visitor and session identifier that lets us recognise the same browser across visits.

If you arrive from an advert we also record the campaign identifiers in the link, including Google’s gclid and Meta’s fbclid.

Taken together this is enough to distinguish your device from most others, so we treat it as personal data and it is covered by your rights in section 6.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies to measure how the site is used and whether an advert led to a booking. These are off until you agree. On your first visit a banner asks, and nothing analytical or advertising-related is stored until you choose Accept. Choosing Decline leaves the site fully usable — you can search, enquire and book exactly as normal.

Cookies that are strictly necessary — the ones that keep your session and your booking in progress — are always set, because the site cannot function without them.

To change your mind later, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; the banner will ask again on your next visit.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to process bookings, communicate booking confirmations, provide customer support, detect fraudulent or automated submissions, and comply with legal obligations. The automatically collected data in section 1 is used to attribute enquiries to the campaign that produced them and to identify duplicate or fraudulent submissions. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share necessary booking data with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) to complete your booking. Payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for up to 7 years to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data where legally permissible.
