These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Worlds Travel LLC website and the travel booking services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Worlds Travel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent Online Travel Agency. We are not a travel brand, airline, cruise line, hotel, or car-rental company, and we are not associated with any travel brand. We are accredited by IATA and CLIA (EIN: 384271024; Amadeus ACN: 84866628) and sell travel services for over 100 airlines, cruise lines, and hotels on behalf of clients.
We provide booking assistance for flights, cruises, hotels, car rental, and bespoke tour packages. All travel services are provided and operated by the respective suppliers. Your travel is governed by each supplier's terms, fare rules, and conditions of carriage or service, which take precedence over any general description on this website.
In addition to the supplier's price and applicable taxes, we may charge a service fee for the assistance we provide. Any service fee is disclosed to you and confirmed before payment is taken. Service fees are separate from, and additional to, supplier charges. By proceeding with a confirmed booking, you acknowledge that such service fees may apply.
Prices, taxes, and availability are set by the suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed or issued. We confirm the total price — including any service fee — before processing payment. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. You authorize us to charge the agreed total to your chosen payment method, and the charge on your statement will appear under Worlds Travel LLC or our authorized payment processor.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, including names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification, contact information, and travel documentation. Suppliers may deny service or charge correction fees for inaccurate information. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate details you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any health or entry documents required for your trip. Requirements are set by governments and suppliers and can change. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, and any associated penalties or refunds, are governed by the supplier's rules. Our handling of these requests, and any related agency fees, are described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worlds Travel LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, or failures of any airline, cruise line, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, or other third-party supplier. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the service fee you paid to us for the booking in question.

Supplier names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we are authorized to sell. We do not claim affiliation with, or endorsement by, any travel brand.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Worlds Travel LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
