How refunds work, including supplier rules and our service fees.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for bookings made through Worlds Travel LLC, including the role of supplier rules and our agency service fees.

Please note: Worlds Travel LLC is an independent Online Travel Agency and is not associated with any travel brand. We sell travel services on behalf of clients, and service fees may apply to confirmed bookings. All fares and fees are disclosed before any payment is taken.

1. Supplier rules govern refunds

Whether your booking is refundable — and how much, if anything, is returned — is determined by the supplier (airline, cruise line, hotel, car-rental company, or tour operator) and the rules of your specific booking. Some bookings are fully refundable, some are partially refundable, and many are non-refundable. We disclose the applicable rules before you book.

2. 24-hour cancellation (flights)

For many air tickets purchased at least seven days before departure, U.S. Department of Transportation rules permit cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of booking. Eligibility depends on the airline and fare. If this applies to your booking, contact us promptly within that window.

3. Agency service fees

Service fees charged by Worlds Travel LLC for our assistance are separate from supplier charges. Because these fees cover work already performed (researching, booking, and processing your reservation), agency service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been completed, except where required by law. Any such fee is always disclosed and agreed before payment.

4. How to request a refund

We review eligibility. We confirm what the supplier's rules allow and explain any penalties.

We submit the request. With your approval, we request the refund or travel credit from the supplier.

5. Refund processing and timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method once the supplier releases the funds to us. Processing times are set largely by the supplier and your card issuer and can take several weeks. Supplier cancellation penalties and non-refundable taxes or charges may be deducted from any refund.

6. Travel credits

In some cases a supplier issues a travel credit or voucher instead of a cash refund. The value, expiration, and conditions of any credit are set by the supplier.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to fair, transparent billing and to explaining every charge clearly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, as supplier penalties and the terms you agreed to at booking still apply.
